General Terms and Conditions for the YabNews Affiliate Program

This agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Yabse B.V. (refered as "YabNews"). By accepting these terms and conditions, you are indicating that you have read, and agree to be bound by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below in their entirety without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not sign up for the YabNews Affiliate Program. For purposes of this agreement you are referred to herein as "Affiliate Referral".

  1. Affiliate Referral agrees to promote the YabNews website to its end users by placing a link or banner on its website to the YabNews website. Affiliate Referral agrees to follow up tasks as reasonable, requested by YabNews via e-mail, in order to secure on the agreement. In the event YabNews determines, in its sole discretion, that the links / banners need modification, the Affiliate Referral shall either adhere to such modifications or remove the link immediately.
  2. Affiliate Referral acknowledges that it is being engaged on a non-exclusive basis. YabNews shall have the ability to enter into any other agreement with any potential customer and engage any other Affiliate Referral for similar purposes as set in this agreement.
  3. For each Referral that signs up for a paid YabNews Usenet account, Affiliate Referal shall receive € 0,65 monthly recurring for each month the user is an active YabNews Usenet customer.
  4. The referral commissions are paid on or around the 7th of the month following the month Affiliate Referral have earned the commissions. For example, commissions earned in May 2007 will be paid on or around June 7th 2007. Referral commissions shall only be paid when the commission earned in the previous month has reached € 50. Otherwise the commission will be taken to the next month.
  5. Affiliate Referral hereby represents and warrants to YabNews that Affiliate Referral's websites shall not contain, display or communicate any inappropriate or illegal content.
  6. Affiliate Referral hereby represents and warrants to YabNews that Affiliate's Referral's web-links and banners will confirm design and content according to the standards that YabNews communicates on its website.
  7. YabNews has the right to end this agreement on any term, without warnings or notices.
